If it sells for less than full price, the percentage will drop below 100. And if it sells for more than list price, the percentage will be larger.

I chose Kristine to be my agent to sell my father’s property in Everett. She was an easy choice after allowing her to present sales approach, specific area market research data and expectations of process and outcomes. It was clear that she had done tons of homework before the meeting. Kristine far exceeded my expectations in every phase of this process and went above and beyond time and time again. Highly recommend!
